This Week's Best Caribbean Luxury Resort Deals (Week of June 12, 2026)

Chris Maloy
June 12, 2026

Every week we re-price hundreds of 4★+ resorts across the Caribbean and Riviera Maya to find the rates that are genuinely worth booking. This week we looked at the shoulder-season sweet spot: November 9–13, 2026 — after hurricane-season peak, before holiday pricing kicks in. It's reliably the cheapest window all year to stay at resorts that charge double over Christmas.

How to read these prices: all rates below are live nightly prices we captured this week for a 4-night stay (Nov 9–13, 2 adults), in USD before taxes. Rates move in real time, so use the buttons to check your own dates — and if a price has crept up, hit Watch Price on the resort's card on our destination pages and we'll email you when it drops.

The headline deal: a 5★ Mayakoba all-inclusive under $260/night

Fairmont Mayakoba Riviera Maya — from $254/night, all-inclusive. This is the number that made us double-take. Fairmont Mayakoba sits in the same gated Mayakoba development as Rosewood Mayakoba and Banyan Tree — same canals, same jungle, same beach — and in November it's pricing below many mid-tier Cancún all-inclusives while including meals and drinks. For a couple, $1,017 total for four nights at a true 5-star is the best value we found anywhere in the region this week.

Six more rates worth booking this week

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, Puerto Rico — from $284/night

The grande dame of San Juan — gold-leaf lobby, Isla Verde beach, and no passport needed from the US. Under $300/night at a 5-star beach property is a rate you normally only see in deep low season, and early November in Puerto Rico is usually drier than the eastern Caribbean.

SLS at Baha Mar, Bahamas — from $378/night

The adults-leaning tower at Nassau's Baha Mar mega-resort: you get the full complex — casino, beach, the famous pool scene — at roughly a third of what Rosewood Baha Mar charges next door ($1,067/night this same week). Shortest flight on this list from the East Coast.

Half Moon, Montego Bay, Jamaica — from $411/night

A 400-acre legend that's hosted royalty since the 1950s, with its own golf course and equestrian center. Jamaica's other big names this week were Sandals properties at $550–1,082/night all-inclusive — Half Moon at $411 is the standout if you'd rather have a storied resort than a buffet wristband.

Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya — from $447/night

One of the newest big-brand builds on the Riviera Maya, on a quiet stretch south of the Tulum hotel-zone chaos. Tulum's boutique darlings (Habitas, Bardo, Azulik) are all under $400 this week too — but the Conrad is the pick if you want full-resort infrastructure with the Tulum setting.

W Punta Cana, Dominican Republic — from $500/night, adults-only all-inclusive

A brand-new W on Punta Cana's east coast, adults-only with everything included. Worth comparing against Excellence Punta Cana at $516 the same week — both undercut Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana ($1,007) by half.

The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba — from $565/night

Aruba sits outside the hurricane belt, which is exactly why it never gets truly cheap — but this week the Ritz-Carlton is the least expensive of Palm Beach's luxury names, under both the St. Regis ($703) and the Hyatt Regency ($711). When the Ritz is the budget pick, that's the one to grab.

The Kanai window: resorts we've reviewed firsthand, at half their peak rate

We stayed at — and wrote a full head-to-head comparison of — the St. Regis Kanai, Rosewood Mayakoba, and The EDITION. Over peak holidays these run $800–1,200+ per night. For this November window:

  • The Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai: $462/night
  • The St. Regis Kanai: $485/night

That's roughly half of what we paid over July 4th and New Year's. If either was on your honeymoon shortlist, November is when you book it — the comparison post will tell you which one fits.

The floor this week: cheapest luxury rate by destination

Destination Lowest luxury rate found Resort
Riviera Maya, Mexico $254/night (all-inclusive) Fairmont Mayakoba
Puerto Rico $284/night Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
Dominican Republic $298/night The Ocean Club, Costa Norte
Bahamas $378/night SLS at Baha Mar
Jamaica $411/night Half Moon
Barbados $539/night Sea Breeze Beach House
Aruba $565/night The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba
Cayman Islands $800/night Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa
Turks and Caicos $849/night The Palms Turks and Caicos
St. Lucia $983/night (all-inclusive) Sandals Halcyon

Two patterns worth knowing: Turks and Caicos and Grand Cayman never really go on sale — $800+ is the floor even in shoulder season, so book those on points or go for the experience, not the deal. And Riviera Maya is the value capital of the region right now — five of the ten cheapest 5-star rates we found anywhere were there.

When to book

November 9–13 is a Monday–Friday stay; weekend-anchored dates in the same weeks typically run 10–20% higher. Shoulder-season rates like these usually hold until late summer, then tighten as the holiday booking wave starts — if one of these is your trip, there's little upside to waiting.
